Web Design uses a four-step process to ensure the successful completion
of your web solution. This process has been used to successfully
implement a wide variety of web sites for our clients.
1. Groundwork
2. Design & Mockups
3. Development
4. Rollout & Upkeep
1. Groundwork - In the groundwork
phase, we meet with your team to compile all the relevant information
which will make your web site a success; things like your business
goals, design preferences, content documents, and preferred navigation
structures.

2. Design
& Mockups - The design &
mockup phase is where your web site begins
to take shape. After a detailed meeting
with your team, we develop a variety of
graphical mockups of your new web site.
This give you choices, and from them you
can formulate your final design and content
navigation. This is a critical step since
your end user must be taken into consideration
for the site to be successful. We can
craft the site to match an existing marketing
look & feel or create an entirely
new one for you.
3. Development
- Once the development phase kicks in,
then our team goes into high gear. From
the materials and information you have
given us, we create the actual web pages
and graphics to support them. Also we
create a style sheet to keep all your
pages consistent. Finally we make sure
all pages are fully accessible (for those
users who are hearing or visually impaired).
4. Rollout & Upkeep -
The rollout and upkeep phase first entails strict quality assurance
testing of your new web site. Error free, highly usable solutions
are our goal, and only after we have thoroughly tested your site,
do we deploy it live on the Internet. Afterwards, we work with you
to maintain fresh content on the site through regular updates. We
also offer web design training if your own people want to take over
the upkeep of the site. |
